While we use proven advertising strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

- Revenue
- Profit
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Advertising performance
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including:
- Your affiliate offer Competition
- Landing page quality
- Offer conversion rate
- Market demand
- Advertising platform policies
- Budget Seasonality

Client Responsibilities
To successfully deliver our services, clients agree to provide:
- Access to required advertising accounts
- Required business information
- Marketing assets
- Landing pages (if applicable)
- Affiliate links
- Prompt communication when requested
Delays in providing required information may delay campaign delivery.
Custom Services
Every campaign is built specifically for each client.
Our work includes strategy, research, campaign creation, setup, testing, optimization, and ongoing management.
Because these services require immediate allocation of time and resources, they cannot be returned or resold.
Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are final.
We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks after payment has been made.
Work begins immediately after purchase, including planning, research, campaign development, account setup, and other custom deliverables.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments are non-refundable.
- All sales are final.
- Services are customized specifically for your business.
- No refunds will be issued based on campaign performance or results.
- You understand there are no guarantees of sales or profitability.
Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered or are actively being fulfilled.
